Lost your password

We cannot resend a password — MetaTrader never gives one back once it is set. What we can do is issue a new one after you confirm your email.

I confirmed my email — where are my details?

They are in a second email, sent the moment the account was created. They also appear on this page right after you click the confirmation link.

How long does a demo account stay active?

Demo accounts remain active for 30 days. Log in at least once a week to keep the account from being archived.

What is the investor password for?

It gives read-only access to the account, so you can share your results without letting anyone place trades.

Which server should I select?

Always choose N1Funded-Demo. Live servers will reject demo credentials.
